Preparing your home

Preparing your Arizona Home for sale.

Besides the listing price, “staging” your home is one of the most important factors the homeowner has in influencing buyers. From the very moment a potential homebuyer drives up to the home, they are either trying to mentally move-in or wishing they never stopped by.

As your listing agent, I’ll be doing my job of finding qualified buyers and promoting to other real estate agents to get as many buyers into your home as possible.

As a homeowner, you have the responsibility of keeping the home in a condition that is inviting to the buyers. In general, a home that is clean, clean, clean and in good repair at the right price will sell in a reasonable amount of time.

These common sense and inexpensive to perform suggestions will help us reach our mutual goal of selling your home.
